APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br />Mayor Capra made the following additions to the Agenda: <br />Under Consent Agenda, Item 1, added: (Check #024077 - 024102) and (Page l la) (Check # 024104 - <br />024118) <br />Under Consent Agenda, added: Item 3, Acceptance of Finance Director John Meyer's Retirement Letter <br />Under New Business, added: Item 4, Posting for Finance Director Position <br />Under New Business, added Item 5, Additional Assistance from ABDO, Eick & Meyers For Temporary <br />Assistance During the Vacancy of the Finance Director's Position (Not to Exceed $5,000) <br />Motion by Council Member Broussard Vickers, seconded by Council Member Fehrenbacher, to <br />approve the January 28, 2009, Agenda as amended.
