<br />( <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the City Council <br />of Centerville held their regular meeting on Wednesday <br />April 10, 1985 at City Hall. Mayor L'Allier called the <br />meeting to order at 7.00 P.M. Present. Ayers, Robischon, <br />Zimny, Wilharber. <br /> <br />Corrections to the March 27, 1985 meeting minutes. <br />Page 1 - Old Business - paragraph 1 - "An <br />application for variance was filled out by <br />Becky & Lee Stevens to be presented to the <br />Planning & Zoning Commission for further <br />discussion. " <br />Page 1 - Old Business - paragraph 5 - "Bill <br />Hawkins felt we should deal with it as a non- <br />conforming use with the owner at the level of <br />usage in existence before the ordinance." <br />Page 1 - New Business - paragraph 1 - "Clerk <br />will work with Harvey Cartier to make a list <br />of jobs to be done to see if there is a need to <br />hire more than one person, and make a list of <br />supplies the City needs to purchase to have <br />this person working." <br />Motion by Zimny, second by Wilharber to approve the minutes <br />of the March 27, 1985 meeting as corrected, motion carried. <br /> <br />PETITION AND COMPLAINTS. Clerk will check with the police <br />on the Main Street & Shad Avenue home with excessive cars <br />parked on the street. <br /> <br />Motion by Robischon, second by Wilharber to have the Clerk <br />contact the Anoka County Park Department to request a <br />satellite be put out for the fishermen at the Twin Lakes <br />Pavillion. <br /> <br />OLD BUSINESS. Discussion on Clearwater Creek easements. <br />Members of the audience expressed their opinion on the <br />matter. Carley <br />& Associates, the City of Centerville's present engineering <br />firm. <br /> <br />Three of the eleven property owners were present. Without <br />all owners present and willing to cooperate in giving <br />easements, it becomes a costly alternative". <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />The possibility of putting in a culvert needs to be considered. <br /> <br />A history of the Rice Creek Watershed District permit for <br />Peltier Lake Hills Addition needs to be written up to try <br />to determine the breakdown that allowed the developer to <br />proceea without a Rice Creek Watershed District permit. <br /> <br />~- <br />
