Clerk will <br />request bids from refuse haulers. Bids are to include annual <br />cleanup, yard waste cleanup twice a year, and curbside recycle. <br /> <br />Clerk will check with Lake Sanitation on a Spring cleanup - <br />yard waste and miscellaneous cleanup. <br /> <br />Clerk will make arrangements to have the rink satellite picked <br />up, and have the rink lights turned off. <br /> <br />Harvey will check with the County on road restrictions. <br /> <br />Motion by Ayers, second by Robischon to purchase updated <br />maps for the City from the County Surveyor when they're <br />ready, motion carried. <br /> <br />Motion by Wilharber, second by Zimny to send letter to Milner <br />W. Carley & Associates on the $877.00 bill dated 1~31-85 <br />requesting engineers presence at the next council meeting <br />to further explain bill before payment, motion carried. J <br /> <br />Clerk will send letter to Barry Matson, Chairman, Centennial <br />Fire District; copy Commission Members, referencing procedure <br />for reimbursement on insurance, overhead costs. Also requesting <br />procedure for use of tank truck to flush City sewers in April. <br /> <br />Motion by Wilharber, second by Ayers to pay bills less the <br />$877.00 to Milner W. Carley, motion carried. <br /> <br />Clerk will ad a Final Comments section to the agenda. <br /> <br />Motion by Wilharber, second by Robischon to adjourn meeting, <br />motion carried.
