<br />/ <br /> <br />Page Two - City Council <br />Meeting Minutes <br />January 2), 198.5 <br /> <br />The Council is looking for a liaison to the Planning and <br />Zoning Committee. <br /> <br />Dave Lutz is interested in serving on the Planning and Zoning <br />Committee when there is an opening in the future. <br /> <br />Clerk wi~l check with Bob Lindgren to see if he is still <br />inte,rested in serving on the Planning and Zoning Commi ttee <br />as he has not responded to our previous inquiry. <br /> <br />Motion by Ayers, second by Robischon to amend Ordinance #)7 <br />to reduce the number of Planning and Zoning Commission members <br />from seven (7) to five (.5), motion carried. <br /> <br /> <br />Motion by Wilharber, second by Zimny to allow Harvey Cartier <br />to purchase a propane torch for the City, motion carried. <br /> <br />Motion by Wilharber, Second by Ayers to allow Dan ~ourville <br />to attend the "Workshop on Administrative Flexibility in <br />Zoning" on February 4, 198.5, motia carried. <br /> <br />Motia by Wilharber, second by Zimny to pay current claims, <br />motion carried. Copy of current receipts and disbursements <br />as attached to and made a part of these minutes. <br /> <br />Motion by Ayers, second by Robischon to adjourn meeting, <br />motion carried.
