<br />I <br /> <br />Page Two - City Council <br />Meeting Minutes <br />December 2), 1985 <br /> <br />r-~"i I <br />r ' I <br /> <br />_ '_ ~ I <br /> <br />in the City of Centerville, motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />Motion by Ayers, second by Zimny to approve Ordinance Summary <br />#24-B relating to the keeping of Wild and ~xotic Animals in <br />the City of Centerville for publication, motion carried <br />unanimously. <br /> <br />Clerk will get information on lease program for sirens <br />and used siren costs and availability. <br /> <br />Motion by Wilharber, second by Ayers to table the nuisance <br />ordinance until the second meeting in January, motion <br />carried unanimously. <br /> <br />Clerk will get more information on using the Community <br />Development Block Grant Funds for local business expansion: <br />paybacks, qualifications, requirements to be met current <br />and future, is there information to send to businesses, <br />how to contact businesses. <br /> <br />Clerk will contact Diane Harberts to get estimate cost of <br />transportation program for seniors for 1986. <br /> <br />Clerk will put employee vacations on next agenda. <br /> <br />Clerk will contact Expert Construction on roof problems. <br /> <br />NEW BUSINESS: <br />Motion by Ayers, second by Robischon to approve the agreement <br />between the City of Centerville and White Bear Animal <br />Control from 1-1-86 to 12-)1-86, motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />Clerk will check wi~ police on overnight parking on Peltier <br />Lake Drive and City Hall parking lot. <br /> <br />Clerk will contact Father Zweber at St Genevieve's Church <br />to request a note be put in the bulletin asking that there <br />be no parking in the City Hall parking lot during church <br />in the interest of public safety. <br /> <br />Motion by Wilharber, second by Zimny to close City Hall <br />Christmas Eve and New Yea~s Eve, motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />Clerk read resignation letter of Councilman Ayers. Motion <br />by Wilharber, second by Robischon to accept resignation <br />of Michael Ayers effective 1-)1-86, motion carried unanimOUSly. <br />Entire' council thanked Councilman Ayers for his service to <br />the City. <br /> <br />Motion by Wilharber, second by Robischon to have the paper <br />notify the public there is an opening on the Council, applications <br />will be taken until Noon January 22nd for the appointment <br />which will be made February 12, 1986, motion carried <br />unanimously. <br /> <br />In light of the fact Wager's will no longer cover the <br /> <br />'" <br /> <br />--! <br />
