<br />/ <br />I <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the City Council <br />of Centerville held their regular meeting on Wednesday, <br />October 2), 1985 at City Hall. Mayor L'Allier called the <br />meeting to order at 7:00 P.M. Present: Ayers, Robischon, <br />Zimny, Wilharber. <br /> <br />Motion by Ayers, second by Wilharber to accept the minutes <br />of the October 9, 1985 meeting, motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />PETITIONS AND COMPLAINTS: <br />None <br /> <br />OLD BUSINESS: <br />Clerk will check with City Engineer on the pro~ress of <br />the swale between Peltier Lake Hills Addition U2 and the <br />residents on Peltier Lake Drive. <br /> <br />Motia by Zimny, second by Ayers to request residents adjoining <br />the pond south of Center Street and .east of Centerville <br />Road, attend the next City Council meeting for a discussion <br />relative to the drainage of that pond, motion carried <br />unanimously. <br /> <br />Clerk will contact Anoka County Highway Department by letter <br />to request they clean out the culverts under Centerville <br />Road just south of Center Street and the culvert under <br />Center Street just east of Centerville Road. Clerk will <br />also request ditches be cut farther in from the road <br />along Centerville Road at about Center Street. <br /> <br />Motion by Wilharber, second by Robischon to have the <br />clerk obtain 2 - ) bids on constructing a pitched roof <br />over the City Hall, motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />Clerk will distribute final proposals received by November <br />1, 1985, for review. Discussion on these proposals will <br />be at the November 1J, 1985 council meeting. <br /> <br />Clerk will request Milner Carley submit a proposal like <br />the other engineering firms. <br /> <br />Motion by Ayers, second by Robischon to have Clerk contact <br />the State Fire Marshall to pressure check the underground <br />oil tank at 1798 Main Street. The City will hold off on <br />adopting the Uniform Fire Code. <br /> <br />Motion by Ayers, second by Wilharber to adopt the summary <br />of Ordinance #24-A - Animal Ordinance - for publication, <br />motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />Motion by Robischon, second by Wilharber to refer Ordinance <br />#24 - Dog Ordinance - to the Planning and Zoning Commission <br />for review and recommendation, motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />Motion by Wilharber, second by Robischon to table 1540 <br />Peltier Lake Drive yard cleanup until November 1J, 1985 <br />meeting to allow resident time to continue cleanup process, <br />motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />~ <br />
