Mayor L'Allier called the meeting to order <br />at 7.00 P.M. Present. Wilharber, Zimny, Robischon. Ayers <br />arrived at 7.)0 P.M. <br /> <br />Motion by Wilharber, second by Zimny to approve the minutes <br />of the May 22, 1985 meeting, motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />PETITIONS AND COMPLAINTS. <br />at Royal Meadows. Fence requirements. <br />5. Design criteria for Royal Meadows & enforcement of same. <br />6. Construction debris. <br />7. 10 speed bikers blocking streets and using streets <br />and model homes for a latrine. <br />8. Parking and storage of unsold homes. <br />9. Ordinance - Contract interpretation. <br />Councilman Wilharber will meet with residents the first <br />part of Jul~. <br /> <br />Appearance of Michael Moreland, 1540 Peltier Lake Drive. <br />He requested clarification of a letter from the City asking <br />that he clean up his yard. The brush in his yard presents <br />the biggest problem. It was suggested he get a chipper <br />to break it down and then dispose of it. Clerk will leave <br />this item on the Pending Action list to be checked again <br />7-31-85. <br /> <br />Appearance of Carol Devich. Ms. Devich is interested in <br />purchasing property on Centerville Lake and Sorel Street. <br />Because that part of Sorel Street is not yet developed, <br />her concern was Sorel Street would be vacated and she <br />would lose access to her property. The council clarified <br />for her that this was a dedicated street. If it were to <br />be vacated, there would have to be a public hearing <br />notifying adjoining property owners. She as an owner <br />would have a voice in such a vacation. <br /> <br />Complaint on gas company not repairing Mill Road after <br />construction.
