Discussion <br />of their firm and our road situation. Members of the audience <br />voiced their opinion on the matter. <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />Jerry Letendre - 1397 Mound Trail <br />Jerry Sundperg - 7072 Brian Drive <br />Art Mohler - 1756 Peltier Lake Drive <br /> <br />Motion by Robischon, second by Ayers to hold a Public <br />Informational Meeting on July 15, 1985 at 7-00 P.M. at <br />Centerville School, motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />Clerk will check with the school, attorney, and engineer. <br />July 16th will be a second choice. Clerk will also notify <br />papers of meeting. <br /> <br />Motion by Ayers, second by Zimny to enter into a written <br />agreement with Maier Stewart and Associates for the purpose <br />of preparing and presenting documentation on street restoration <br />within the City of Centerville in the amount not to exceed <br />$500.00 and providing the following informational provisionsl <br />1. Detailed summary of funding options available <br />to the City; <br />2. Detailed information on the lineal footage <br />needing reconstruction; <br />J. Detailed cost projections incurred by the <br />individual resident under the various funding <br />options. For example, the effect on the mil rate - <br />a breakdown based on market valuation, <br />4. Case history of previous road engineering <br />projects using this method of construction <br />in the same soil types; <br />motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />Clerk will also request some good visuals and graphics from <br />Maier Stewart and Associates - possibly some street photographs. <br /> <br />Motion by Ayers, second by Robischon to forward Rice Creek <br />Watershed District's response letter dated 5-30-85 to <br />Milner W. Carley and Associates and ask for a response of <br />their understanding and documentation of events surrounding <br />the matter by June 26, motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />Motion by Ayers, second by Zimny to amend the motion of 5-22-85 <br />pertaining to the variance for Lot 13, !lock 1 of Peterson's <br />Addition to readl to hold a Public Hearing for the purpose <br />of receiving testimony for a variance request from the <br />side road setback of Lot 13, Block 1, Petterson's Addition <br />on July 10, 1985 at 6145 P.M., motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />Clerk will clarify legal description to be sure County has <br />correct legal on record. <br /> <br />~ <br />
