(Cl 651-249-3010 <br /> <br />Work to be perfonned or managed by: Centerville Public Works Department <br /> <br />Expected Project Completion Date: To be advised <br /> <br />Project Description: <br /> <br />This project is to construct an outdoor water fountain in the newly acquired park land on Main <br />Street just north of the St. St. Genevieve church building <br /> <br />Document Scope: <br /> <br />This document represents best efforts of the Centerville Parks & Recreation Committee to list <br />the project requirements that are deemed necessary for a favorable outcome to the project. <br />Local regulations, safety considerations and best construction practices will take precedent over <br />these requirements; however it is the obligation of those who are overseeing the work <br />performed to bring such discrepancies to the attention of the P & R Project Contact for further <br />discussion. <br /> <br />Project Requirements: <br /> <br />1) The fountain shall be of a design and materials to allow for an attractive appearance <br />throughout its service life with minimal maintenance. <br /> <br />2) The fountain shall designed to reduce the risk/impact of graffiti or vandalism <br /> <br />3) The fountain shall not present a drowning hazard. <br /> <br />4) The fountain shall be designed for easy maintenance and cleaning of valves, piping, <br />pumping and drainage functions. <br /> <br />5) The fountain shall have a recirculation pump water to conserve water. <br /> <br />2009 Outdoor Decorative Fountain <br /> <br />Page 1 <br /> <br />03/1312009 <br />
