A new park will also be constructed as part of this project to be used as a rest
stop for trail users. Two locations for this park are under consideration. One
possible park location includes the area next to the existing City Hall, already
City property. The second potential location for a trail park is adjacent to Main
Street (CSAH 14) near Centerville Lake. This location is also on property owned
by the City of Centerville, which was acquired as a group of uneconomic remnants
from a past Main Street (CSAH 14) project. No additional right of way will be
needed for either potential park location.

A map showing the project scope is located in Appendix A.

V.
