<br /> <br />Parks & Recreation Committee <br /> Meeting Minutes 02-04-09 <br /> <br />PARKS AND RECREATION COMMITTEE <br />MEETING MINUTES <br />Wednesday, February 4, 2009 - 6:00 p.m. <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the Parks & Recreation Committee of the City of Centerville held the <br />regularly scheduled Wednesday, February 4, 2009 meeting at City Hall, 1880 Main Street following a Joint <br />Work Session with City Council. <br /> <br />Present: <br /> Chairperson Suzanne Seeley <br /> Vice-Chairperson Kevin Amundsen <br />Committee Member Mark Haiden <br />Committee Member Lori Harris <br /> <br />Absent: <br />Committee Member Kevin Selander <br /> Committee Member Savannah Lee <br />Committee Member Patrick Branch <br /> <br />Council: Absent – Council Member Lee, City Council Work Session also being held. <br /> <br /> <br />Staff: <br /> Staff Liaison Kim Stephan <br />__________________________________________________________________________________ <br /> <br />I. CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br /> 1. Roll Call <br /> <br />Chairperson Seeley called the February 4, 2009 Parks & Recreation Committee Meeting to order at 7:50 <br />p.m. following the Joint Work Session with City Council. <br /> <br />II. SET AGENDA <br /> <br />Motion was made by Committee Member Haiden, seconded by Vice-Chairperson Amundsen, to set <br />the agenda as is. All in favor. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />III. APPEARANCES <br /> <br />IV. CONSIDERATION OF MINUTES <br /> <br />January 7, 2009 Parks and Recreation Committee Meeting Minutes <br /> <br />Motion was made by Chairperson Seeley, seconded by Vice-Chairperson Amundsen, to approve the <br />January 7, 2009 Parks & Recreation Committee Meeting Minutes as is.
