We recently learned of an accidental injury that occurred on this type of product. <br />The specific facts and the exact manner in which this incident occurred have yet to be <br />determined, but it appears an older child struck her head on the support pole. We <br />continue to investigate the circumstances of the incident regarding this equipment but <br />want to make you aware of the incident and suggest some safety precautions. <br /> <br />While misuse of the product or use in an unintended manner may have been <br />contributing factors in this incident, we wish to modify your existing Xcelerator by <br />replacing the carriage assembly and supports as shown in the accompanying <br />illustration. We are providing this replacement part to reduce the likelihood of a similar <br />occurrence even if misuse of the product is involved. <br /> <br />To encourage timely modification of your Xcelerator, we will arrange for a GameTime <br />Certified Installer to complete the necessary work at no cost to you. The new parts will <br />ship within five weeks. The enclosed illustrations depict what you currently have, the <br />product that we are sending, and how the modification will be accomplished. <br />
