Fax or mail your Confirmation to the location shown on the bottom of the <br />form. <br /> <br />In the meantime, we recommend you take your Xcelerator out of service by safely <br />isolating access to and use of it, rather than trying to disable it. Do not return it to <br />service until the change is made and then do not allow multiple users to simultaneously <br />use the product. This product is intended to be used by one child, without the aid of <br />other children spinning the user. The GameTime Gf Xcelerator is a safe and fully <br />compliant product. This event causes us to make this precautionary recommendation as <br />an additional level of safety.
