The scouts will walk the grounds and pick up any trash created and empty that into the <br />garbage cans already at the park. <br /> <br />. We plan on using the port-a-potty's already at the park. <br /> <br />. We would like the coundl to consider waiving or redudng the $500 deposit based on <br />the small size of the event (not a lot of trash Is going to be generated) and the fact that <br />the scouts clean up laMotte every year after the fireworks show. <br /> <br />9. SECURITY AND SAFETY PROCEDURES: <br /> <br />. We have several pack leaders and/or parents who have first aid training. In a greater <br />emergency we would just call 911. <br />
