Review Droposed Plat of LakeArea Utilities Drooertv-6995 20th Ave. S <br /> <br />Mr. Will Lessard presented his proposal to divide Outlot A, CenterVilla into two lots. The <br />new subdivision would be called CenterVilla II. <br /> <br />The Commission noted that a trail easement divides the two lots. Concerns were expressed <br />that the trail location could have some conflicts with the vehicle access to Mr. Lessard's <br />north lot. <br /> <br />Mr. Lessard indicated that an easement would be recorded on the south lot to allow the <br />shared drive on the south lot to be used by both. <br /> <br />Page 1 of2 <br />
