Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />V. DISCUSSION ITEMS <br /> <br />The commission discussed possible development in the remaining industrial area east of <br />20lh Avenue. The Commission agreed that the City should have an ordinance that says <br />Centerville land cannot be used for drainage ponds and structures that is for development <br />outside of the borders of Centerville. The City attorney will be asked to prepare an <br />ordinance for consideration ofP&z. <br /> <br />VI. CONSIDERATION OF MINUTES <br /> <br />1. February 3. 2009. Meeting Minutes <br /> <br />Chair Love stated that, on Page 2, he was listed as not expecting to attend in March.
