<br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the City Council <br />of Centerville held their regular meeting on Wednesday, April <br />2J, 1986 at City Hall. Mayor L'Allier called the meeting to <br />order at 7:00 P.M. Present: Fritchie, Robischon, Zimny, <br />Wilharber. <br /> <br />Motion by Wilharber, second by Robischon to accept the <br />minutes of the Board of Review held April 21, 1986, motion <br />carried unanimously. <br /> <br />Motion by Wilharber, second by Zimny to approve the minutes <br />of the April 9, 1986 meeting, motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />PETITIONS AND COMPLAINTS: None <br />OLD BUSINESS: <br /> <br />Appearance of Diane Harberts, Anoka County Transportation <br />Specialist. Ms. Harberts updated the Council on a Senior <br />Citizen Transportation project being done in the Quad Cities <br />area. Motion by Wilharber, second by Zimny to appoint City <br />Clerk as City representative for investigation of a transit <br />service to meet the transportation needs of the area senior <br />citizens. <br /> <br />Discussion on roads with T.Mau~,Maier, Stewart & Associates. <br />It was decided to pursue the maintenance of the better roads <br />needing some repair through the County overlay and seal <br />coating programs. Clerk will contact the County for specifics <br />in getting in their program. <br /> <br />Motion by Wilharber, second by Robischon to have Maier, Stewart <br />and Associates assume the city engineering for the Peltier Lake <br />Hills Addition #2 road construction, motion carried unanimously. <br />Clerk will write Milner W. Carley & Associates a letter <br />requesting they turn over the necessary paperwork to Maier, <br />Stewart & Associates. <br /> <br />Discussion of Rehbein Demolition Landfill Permit Application. <br />Clerk will contact Anoka County and request a contingency <br />be added to their permit requiring each source and type of <br />material be specifically identified prior to hauling. <br /> <br />Clerk will check with County for a materials list not acceptable <br />for dumping. <br /> <br />Motion by Robischon, second by Wilharber to approve R. L. Wuornos <br />& Associates contract, motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />Motion by Wilharber, second by Zimny to send letter to Michael <br />Moreland, 1540 Peltier Lake Drive, requesting yard cleanup, <br />and adding "Enclosure: Ordinance #6-A", motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />Motion by Wilharber, second by Zimny to allow Harvey to purchase <br />railroad ties for parking lot at a cost not to exceed $72.00, <br />motion carried unanimously. <br />
