Page two - City Council Meeting Minutes April 2J, 1986 NEW BUSINESS: Motion by Robischon, second by Fritchie to send second letter to Mr. Lauderbaugh, 1844 Main Street, enclosing copy of kennel license application form and requesting response by next Council meeting, motion carried unanimously. Motion by Robischon, second by Zimny to contract with Clean Sweep to sweep city streets, motion carried unanimously. Chair replacements tabled. Motion by Wilharber, second by Fritchie to refer building numbers ordinance to Planning and Zoning for review and recommenda- tion, motion carried unanimously. Harvey will begin looking for new city truck. Brief discussion on Crime Prevention meeting. Chief Campbell submitted a synopsis of meeting held 4-8-86. Next meeting to be held 4-29-86 at 7100 P.M. at Circle Pines Library. Clerk will note correction of Park minutes on their next agenda. Mayor L'Allier is a liaison and may not second a motion. Clerk will check with City Attorney referencing the use of the new warming house for Lion's Club meetings. The Lion's concern is a future Council may not let them hold their meetings in the warming house. The Lions are planning to build the new warming house within the next year or so. Councilmen Wilharber & Robischon reported on their tour of the Group W Cable facility. Clerk will put addresses on the Building Permits listed on the Receipts and Disbursements forms. Clerk will check with Group W to see if we can advertise over our cable channel 10. Clerk will try to sell old copy machine for $150.00, but can negotiate to $100.00. Construction projects to be done on roads with load limits year round will need a permit from the City to exceed those limits. Clerk will check with other Cities to see how they handle their permits. Clerk will check on summer youth program to see if we can pull people from our own City.
