<br />Page two - City Council <br />Meeting Minutes <br />April 9, 1986 <br /> <br />step would be to have a feasibility study done. <br />Clerk will find out what the City's bonding capabilities are. <br /> <br />Mr. Mauer will come back to the next Council meeting with <br />a maintenance plan for our good roads. <br /> <br />Mr. Mauer was also given a copy of a clean fill demolition <br />landfill permit application from Gordon Rehbein, 6805-20th <br />Avenue South, for comment at the next Council meeting. <br /> <br />Appearance of Mary Ayde, Lake Sanitation. Motion by Wilharber, <br />second by Zimny to have a spring cleanup on April 26, 1986 <br />from 9:00 A.M. to 2,i'00 P.M.; Lake Sanitation will be allowed <br />to drive on restricted road to facilitate the cleanup; and <br />a tipping charge per dumpster is not to exceed $85.00, <br />motion carried unanimously. No tires, branches or hazardous <br />waste will be accepted at the cleanup. Donations to offset <br />tipping charges will gladly be accepted. Recyclables will <br />be accepted. Clerk will check with the Scouts and 4H club <br />on possible general cleanup to coincide with our date for <br />cleanup. <br /> <br />Motion by Wilharber, second by Fritchie to pursue yard cleanup <br />at 1540 Peltier Lake Drive with City Attorney, motion <br />carried unanimously. <br /> <br />Clerk will remove 6945 Centerville Road from the Pending <br />Action list. <br /> <br />Clerk will check registration of car at 6945 Centerville Road <br />with the police. <br /> <br />NEW BUSINESS: <br /> <br />Motion by Wilharber, second by Fritchie to designate Fire <br />Department Equipment Fund money for use in future Fire <br />Department Equipment purchases or Fire Department Building <br />costs, motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />The Planning and Zoning Commission will get together with the <br />Park & Recreation Committee to set up a joint meeting with <br />Planning and Zoning, Park and Recreation and City Council <br />to di scuss current issue s. <br /> <br />Clerk will verify depreciation figures on the Centennial Fire <br />District invoicing. <br /> <br />Motion by Robischon, second by Zimny to have Tom Snell <br />do what he can to pursue the possibility of having Anoka <br />County take over Mill Road. <br /> <br />Motion by Robischon second by Wilharber to purchase a Cannon <br />NP-115 copy machine, motion carried unanimously.
