<br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the City Council <br />of Centerville held their regular meeting on November 12, <br />1986 at City Hall. Mayor L'Allier called the meeting to <br />order at 7:00 P.M. Present: Fritchie, Robischon, Zimny, <br />Wilharber. <br /> <br />Motion by Robischon, second by Fritchie to accept the minutes <br />of the October 22 meeting with the correction of paragraph 2, <br />page 2 reading November 5 instead of November 15, motion <br />carried unanimously. <br /> <br />Motion by Wilharber, second by Robischon to approve the <br />minutes of the Board of Canvas held on November 5, motion <br />carried unanimously. <br /> <br />PETITIONS AND COMPLAINTS: <br />Councilman Robischon received several complaints on the <br />garbage service received by Lake Sanitation. Motion by <br />Robischon, second by Fritchie to send letter to Lake <br />Sanitation to request their presence at the next meeting <br />to discuss their present level of service, motion carried <br />unanimously. <br /> <br />APPEARANCES: <br />Appearance of John O'Brien, Summer Recreation Coordinator <br />with Centennial Schools. Mr. O'Brien discussed the <br />1986 Independent School District #12 Summer Recreation <br />Report with the Council, and thanked them for their support <br />in the past. <br /> <br />OLD BUSINESS: <br />Discussion continued on petition requesting the posting of <br />both sides of Peltier Lake Drive "No Parking" from County <br />Road 14 to 1600 & 1613 Peltier Lake Drive. Members of <br />the audience expressed opposition to the posting: <br />Pat Phippen, 1563 Peltier Lake Drive <br />Tom Dario, 1573 Peltier Lake Drive <br />The Clerk also received several letters and calls in opposition <br />to posting both sides of Peltier Lake Drive. The main <br />concern was residents with short driveways have no place <br />for guests to park. Motion by Wilharber, second by Fritchie <br />to not post both sides of Peltier Lake Drive with "No Parking" <br />signs as requested by petition of residents at October 22nd <br />Council meeting, motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />Discussion of public hearing to be held on the 20th of <br />November, 1986 at the Centerville Elementary School at <br />7:00 P.M. The agenda will be as follows: <br /> <br />CALL 'ID ORDER <br />INTRODUCTION BY MAYOR <br />ENGINEERS PRESENTATION <br />OPEN FORUM <br />CLOSING STATEMENTS <br />ADJOURN <br /> <br />Clerk will check with engineers to see if they have any <br />actual photographs or slides of the draintile system and <br />fabric to help people better understand the concept. <br />
