<br />Page Two - City Council <br />Meeting Minutes <br />March 26, 1986 <br /> <br />NEW BUSINESS: <br /> <br />Clerk will notify Tom Snell of the need for an interchange <br />at 35W and County Road 14. Clerk will also make him aware <br />of the fact the City would like the County to take over <br />Mill Road. <br /> <br />Clerk will contact Anoka County Highway Department on the <br />sand in the ditches along County Road 14 between Mill Road <br />and 20th Avenue. <br /> <br />Public Works Director and Clerk will obtain information on <br />street sweeping. <br /> <br />Clerk will notify Prachars to go ahead and auction off the <br />culverts they've been storing on their property at 6756 <br />Centerville Road. Clerk will also thank them for storing <br />the culverts over the years. <br /> <br />Motion by Wilharber, second by Fritchie to adopt Resolution <br />#3 paying tribute to the District Memorial Hospital staff <br />for providing high quality health care, motion carried <br />unanimously. A copy of Resolution #3 is attached to and <br />made a part of these minutes. <br /> <br />Motion by Robischon, second by Wilharber to approve Resolution <br />#4 supporting continuation of registration with Selective _ <br />Service and declaring April Registration Awareness Month, <br />motion carried unanimously. A copy of Resolution #4 is <br />attached to and made a part of these minutes. <br /> <br />PAYMENT OF CLAIMS: <br /> <br />Motion by Wilharber, second by Robischon to pay current <br />claims, motion carried unanimously. A copy of the receipts <br />and disbursements is attached to and made a part of these <br />minutes. <br /> <br />FINAL COlVIM~NTS: <br /> <br />Clerk will send letter to Lauderbaughs, 1844 Main Street <br />referencing dog kennel license needed. Clerk will also set <br />up application form and renewal file. Clerk will check with <br />surrounding cities to see how their kennel licenses are <br />administered. <br /> <br />Motion by Robischon, second by Fritchie to adjourn meeting, <br />motion carried unanimously.
