<br />RESOLUTION #5 <br /> <br />CITY OF CENTERVILLE <br /> <br />RESOLUTION VACATION <br />MAIN STRSET FROM GOIFFON STRE~T W~ST TO LAKE STREET <br /> <br />WHERSAS, a majority of the owners of property abutting on <br />Main Street from Goiffon Street west to Lake Street have <br />requested the City Council in a petition dated January 22, 1986, <br />1986 to vacate such street according to law, and <br /> <br />WHSREAS, a public hearing was held on March 26, 1986 <br />before the City Council in the City Hall on such petition <br />after due published and posted notice had been given by the <br />clerk on February 27, 1986, and all persons interested <br />were given an opportunity to be heard, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it appears that it will be for the best interest <br />of the City of Centerville to approve such petition, <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVSD, that such petition is hereby <br />granted and that Main Street from Goiffon Street west to <br />Lake Street is hereby vacated. <br /> <br />Adopted by the City Council this 26th day of March, 1986. <br /> <br />~ R, ';/.
