<br />Page Two - City Council <br />Meeting Minutes <br />March 12, 1986 <br /> <br />Harvey will put up road restrictions by March 20th. Clerk <br />will also noti~y police of road restrictions for enforcement. <br /> <br />Clerk will contact Denise Durante to set up a tour of the <br />Group W cable facility on March 24th at 7:00 P.M. <br /> <br />The Employee Review Committee made up of Councilmen Robischon <br />and Wilharber met with three of the five City employees <br />to discuss review proceedures, inter-department relations, <br />and vacations. <br /> <br />Councilman Robischon was the liaison to the Planning and <br />Zoning Commission in March. He reported they discussed <br />the planning contract with R. L. Wuornos & Associates. Two <br />changes were made to the contract - per meeting fee was <br />changed to $70.00 as opposed to $110.00 and termination <br />was changed to 60 days as opposed to )0 days. Clerk will <br />put on next agenda. <br /> <br />PAYMENT OF CLAIMS: <br />Motion by Wilharber, second by Zimny to pay current claims, <br />motion carried unanimously. A copy of receipts and disbursements <br />is attached to and made a part of these minutes. <br /> <br />FINAL COMMEN TS: <br />Planning meeting for Fire Commission will be held March 20, <br />1986 at 7:00 P.M. at Centerville City Hall. <br /> <br />Clerk will send thank you note to Jerry Sundberg for <br />serving as Fire Commissioner.
