<br />page two - City Council <br />meeting minutes <br />February 26, 1986 <br /> <br />New Business: <br />Motion by Wilharber, second by Zimny to approve a $]0.00 <br />expenditure to the MAOSC for the Minnesota Small Cities Center, <br />motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />Motion by Wilharber, second by Robischon to approve Resolution #2 <br />calling for a hearing to vacate Main Street from Goiffon St. to <br />Lake Street, motion carried unanimously. Hearing will be on <br />March 26, 1986 at 6:]0 P.M. at City Hall. Clerk will confirm <br />sewer easement for City with regard to this vacation. <br /> <br />The Council referred the contract with R.L. Wuornos & Associates <br />to the Planning and Zoning Commission. Mr. Wuornos will be at <br />the next P & Z meeting allowing them to discuss points of <br />contention, in particular costs with him. Clerk will put on <br />agenda for next council meeting. <br /> <br />Motion by Wilharber, second by Robischon that all council <br />meetings ~o be held on a Wednesday the day before a holiday, <br />be held the Monday of that same week, motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />There will be a closed meeting on March ], 1986 at 6:]0 P.M. <br />between the ~mployee Review Committee and City Public Works <br />employees. <br /> <br />Clerk will put Public Officials Liability Insurance on the <br />Future Agenda Items list. <br /> <br />Motion by Wilharber, second by Zimny to pay current claims, <br />motion carried unanimously. A copy of receipts & disbursements <br />are attached to and made a part of these minutes. <br /> <br />Final Comments: <br />Clerk will make copies of R.L.
