<br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the City Council <br />of Centerville held their regular meeting on January 22, <br />1986 at City Hall. Mayor L'Allier called the meeting to <br />order at 7:00 P.M. Present: Ayers, Robischon, Zimny, <br />Wilharber. <br /> <br />Motion by Jwers, second by Wilharber to accept the minutes <br />of the January 8, 1986 meeting, motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />PETITIONS AND COMPLAINTS: <br />Appearance of Dwayne Berg, 7129 Main Street. Mr. Berg <br />had two cars towed from the municipal parking lot. He <br />is requesting permission to park in the municipal lot <br />or that the City plow the black top road going past his <br />driveway which he contends is a dedicated City street thus <br />giving him access to his driveway and space to park. Motion <br />by Ayers, second by Robischon to have Clerk research with <br />the County to determine if that road is dedicated to the <br />City of Centerville. motion carried unanimously. Mr. Berg <br />will be allowed to park in the municipal 10 t until this <br />issue is resolved. <br /> <br />OLD BUSINESS: <br />Appearance of Lino Lakes Police Chief Dean Campbell. Chief <br />Campbell was in attendance to answer any questions or <br />address any problems the Council might have. <br /> <br />Mr. Ben Henrich, 6945 Centerville Road, was in attendance <br />for renewal of his Special Use Permit to operate a marine <br />and power equpment repair business in his garage. The <br />Council had received complaints from neighbors on size <br />of vehicles worked on, and on working hours. Motion by <br />Wilharber, second by Ayers to renew the Special Use Permit <br />for Mr. Henrich at 6945 Centerville Road allowing him to <br />operate a marine and power equipment repair business from <br />his garage, requesting he begin working after 9:00 A.M. on <br />Saturdays, motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />Motion by Wilharber, second by Zimny to amend Ordinance <br />#24, an ordinance prescribing regulations for confinement, <br />licensing and care of dogs, as follows: <br /> <br />Section IV. License Required. <br /> <br />Now Reads: Dog licenses shall be issued by the City, <br />upon payment of a fee of $7.00 for each dog, whether <br />it be male or female, spayed or unspayed. Such license <br />shall continue in force for the life of the animal provided <br />that the owner shows proof every two years that the dog <br />has shots within that period and provided that the address <br />of the owner remains the same. A certificate of vaccination <br />authorized by a licensed veterinarian for rabies shots <br />must be presented at the time of licensing and within <br />every two year anniversary date thereafter. <br /> <br />Amended to Read: Dog licenses shall be issued by the <br />City, upon payment of a fee as set by the City Council, <br />
