<br />unable to forrn a quorum for the 1ast 1'.....lO months, Tl'tis has been a
<br />hindrance ill our Gbility to make formal decisions and move fOr\'vard in our
<br />schedule of park and recreaHon activities. Although we I-lope this V,till be a
<br />3hm-t term s1tuation, 'vve, ot this Urne., need assistance from the city
<br />council in the follo'wing areas.
