<br />Page Three - City Council <br />Meeting Minutes <br />November 12, 1986 <br /> <br />Motion by Wilharber, second by Robischon to send letters <br />to the attorneys who responded to our ad stating the <br />issue is tabled until January when the two new council <br />members take their seats, motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />Motion by Wilharber, second by Robischon to advertise in <br />the Quad Press and the Circulating Pines for a part time <br />permanent city employee for the maintenance department; <br />resumes to be sent by December 10, 1986, motion carried <br />unanimously. <br /> <br />Motion by Zimny, second by Fritchie to approve Dale Larson <br />as permanent part time maintenance person until vacancy <br />is filled, motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />Councilman Wilharber invited Mr. Neumann, newly elected <br />councilman, to attend the Planning and Zoning Meeting on <br />December 2, 1986. <br /> <br />Motion by Wilharber, second by Fritchie to move the city <br />notice case next spring to the entrance of the City Hall, <br />Fritchie - aye, Robischon - aye, Wilharber - aye, L'Allier - <br />aye, Zimny - nay, motion carried. <br /> <br />Councilman Wilharber expressed need for the council to keep <br />involved with the crime watch program. <br /> <br />Motion by Wilharber, second by Zimny to table discussion <br />of the employee review proceedures until the December <br />10 meeting, motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />Clerk will notify Tom Snell to change meeting on Star <br />City program until January, 1987. <br /> <br />Motion by Wilharber, second by Robischon to pay current <br />claims, motion carried unanimously. A copy of receipts and <br />disbursements are attached to and made a part of these <br />minutes. <br /> <br />FINAL COMMENTS: <br />Discussion of possible city sewer problem at 1637 Peltier <br />Lake Drive. Motion by Wilharber, second by Robischon to <br />contact building inspector to be available Friday for inspection <br />of sewer at 1637 Peltier Lake Drive to help determine if <br />is resident or city problem, motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />Motion by Wilharber, second by Fritchie to adjourn meeting, <br />motion carried unanimously.
