Motion died for lack of a
second.

Motion by Wilharber, second by Zimny to table a decision
to move forward on the roads until the city's fiscal agent
has given his opinion regarding the homestead tax advantage
of having an ad valorem tax versus assessment; and to allow
time to receive petitions from residents of the proposed
reconstructed streets to make known whether or not they
are in favor of proceeding, Wilharber - aye, Zimny - aye,
Robischon - aye, L'Allier - aye, Fritchie - nay, motion
carried.

Motion by Wilharber, second by Robischon to adjourn for five
minutes, motion carried unanimously. Meeting recessed at
8:45 P.M.

Meeting was reconvened by Mayor L'Allier at 8:50 P.M.

NEW BUSINESS:
Appearance of Norm Fritchie, Centervlle's Fire Commission
Representative. Discussion of Fire Department and City
responsibilities regarding building use. Councilman Wilharber
recapped the council's decision to allow rink attendants
to use water facilities, and touched on the fire department
parking signs on side of building. Councilmember Fritchie
commented there was no building use problem. Parking is
a problem both the City and Fire Department need to work on
as best they can. Mayor L'Allier expressed his feeling
the City and Fire Department work well together and he
hopes to continue to do so.

Park and Recreation Committee will consider items J & 4 of
Possibilities for Rink Flooding Switches at next meeting
and make recommendation to council. Copy of list is
attached to and made a part of these minutes.

Appearance of Leonard and Mary Ayde, Lake Sanitation. The
Council requested they be in attendance to discuss complaints
the City is receiving from the residents.
