<br />Page Three - City Council <br />Meeting Minutes <br />November 24, 1986 <br /> <br />Motion by Zimny, second by Wilharber to refer the Community <br />Education Program contribution to the Park & Recreation <br />Committee for their budgetary process, motion carried <br />unanimously. <br /> <br />Motion by Wilharber, second by Robischon to approve the <br />building numbers amendment to Ordinance #4, motion carried <br />unanimously. A copy is attached to and made a part of <br />these minutes. <br /> <br />Motion by Wilharber, second by Robischon to support the <br />Anoka County Business Assistance Network Proposal expending <br />$396.00 of Centerville's Community Development Block Grant <br />monies, motion carried unanimously. Clerk will notify <br />Commissioner Margaret Langfeld. <br /> <br />Motion by Wilharber, second by Fritchie to refer Irene <br />Seashore's letter dated 11-9-86 to the building inspector <br />for review and report back to the council, motion carried <br />unanimously. Clerk will notify Ms. Seashore of the <br />council's action. A copy of the letter is attached to and <br />made a part of these minutes. <br /> <br />C.D. Van Dusen, 911 Emergency Center, Anoka County is requesting <br />Centerville make a decision on an ambulance service to <br />facilitate their dispatching services. Presently Centerville <br />is divided between District Memorial Hospital and Health <br />Central. Lino Lakes has recently chosen to go with District <br />Memorial Hospital. Clerk will check with the State Health <br />Department on ambulance boundaries. <br /> <br />Orv will take care of trucks needs if within $250.00 approved <br />expenditure amount. Councilman Robischon will get a <br />flapper cap and price a beacon. <br /> <br />Motion by Zimny, second by Robischon to get a cost from <br />the Nicholson Company on a maintenance agreement for the <br />city truck, motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />Motion by Wilharber, second by Fritchie to pay current <br />claims, motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />FINAL COMMENTS: <br />Art Mohler, 1756 Pelt~r Lake Drive, questioned the status <br />of the vacant house at 1715 Peltier Lake Drive. Clerk has <br />written bank referencing this property and is awaiting <br />response. <br /> <br />Motion by Wilharber, second by Robischon to adjourn meeting, <br />motion carried unanimously.
