<br />Page Two - City Council <br />Meeting Minutes <br />October 22, 1986 <br /> <br />Clerk will contact school for availability. Clerk will contact <br />County for mailing labels. Clerk will contact attorney to see <br />if can mail encroachment letter at same time as public hearing <br />notice. <br /> <br />Motion by Fritchie, second by Zimny to have the city engineer, <br />city council, and clerk meet on November 15, 1986 at 5:JO P.M. <br />at city hall to prepare for the November 19th public hearing, <br />motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />Clerk will have fire marshall check 1715 Peltier Lake Drive <br />for potential fire hazard and if necessary notify bank. <br /> <br />Clerk will contact city attorney to see if the city can get a <br />copy of the law reTerencing setting up haul roads. <br /> <br />Motion by Zimny, second by Fritchie approving Resolution No. 11 <br />appointing election judges for the General Election November 4, <br />1986, motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />Council members Robischon and Wilharber will discuss the niring <br />of a public works employee at their meeting on October 28. <br /> <br />Councilman Zimny reported 4 block captains have been identified <br />for the neighborhood crime watch in Centerville. <br /> <br />Clerk will send a letter to the Waterworks referencing the <br />police and fire departments concern for access with an emergency <br />vehicle on their busy evenings. <br /> <br />Motion by Robischon, second by Fritchie to pay current claims, <br />motion carried unanimously. A copy of the receipts and <br />disbursements are attached to and made a part of these minutes. <br /> <br />Final Comments: <br />None <br /> <br />Motion by Robischon, second by Zimny to adjourn meeting, motion <br />carried unanimously.
