Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the City Council
of Centerville held their regular meeting on July 23, 1986
at City Hall. Mayor L'Allier called the meeting to order
at 7:00 P.M. Present: Robischon, Zimny, Wilharber. Absent:
Fritchie.

Motion by Zimny, second by Wilharber to accept the minutes of
the July 9 meeting, motion carried unanimously.

PETITIONS AND COMPLAINTS:
Complaint received from Mrs. Seashore, 1693 Peltier Lake Drive,
referencing mud washing into her yard and driveway. Motion
by Wilharber, second by Robischon to have the Clerk send a
letter to Mrs. Seashore, explaining it is not the City's
responsibility to clean the mud out of her driveway and in
the future it will be up to her to keep her driveway clear.

Complaint also received on little kids playing by the lift
station and the concern someone could fall in and get hurt.
Motion by Wilharber, second by Zimny to have the maintenance
department get an estimate from a fence company on a five or
six foot chain link fence with and without a top and including
a gate, motion carried unanimously.

OLD BUSINESS:
Maureen Aslesen's letter of resignation has not yet been
received from the Park and Recreation Committee Chairman
Larry Koch. There
seems to be a lack of communication between the Park and
Recreation Committee and the Council. Council members will
be in attendance at the August 12, 1986 Park and Recreation
meeting. One topic of discussion at that meeting will be
how the Park & Recreation Committee and the Council fit
together in the chain of command.

Motion by Wilharber, second by Robischon to have the Planning
and Zoning Commission look at changes to resolution
referencing 3.2 beer permits recommended by the Park and
Recreation Committee, motion carried unanimously.

Clerk will check with attorney to see if strong beer can
legally be sold by permit from the City.

Motion by Wilharber, second by Robischon to have the Clerk
contact the City of Lino Lakes by letter requesting they
put "no parking" signs up on the lake side of LaMotte Drive
to facilitate emergency vehicle access, motion carried
unanimasly.

Motion by Wilharber, second by Robischon to notify the developer
of Peltier Lake Hills Addition #2 by letter of the problems
the residents are having with the washout of the swale on the
north side of the development, the washout onto the street
