<br />Page Three - City Council <br />Mee ting Minutes <br />July 9, 1986 <br /> <br />Civil Defense Directors Archie Gay and Dale Larson will report <br />on the effect of a disaster on ground water pollution, what the <br />City responsibilities are, what the state responsibilities are <br />and what sort of evacuation plan if any there is. <br /> <br />Councilman Wilharber thanked all the volunteers of the City - <br />Planning and Zoning, Park and Recreation, Fire Department, and <br />all others, for all their time and effort. <br /> <br />It was mentioned Maureen Aslesen resigned from the Park and <br />Recreation Committee, but no letter has been received by the <br />Clerk to date. <br /> <br />Motion by Wilharber, second by Fritchie to approve the animal <br />control contract with Lake Animal Control, motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />PAYMENT OF CLAIMS: <br /> <br />Motion by Robischon, second by Zimny to pay current claims, <br />motion carried unanimously. A copy of receipts and disbursements <br />is attached to and made a part of these minutes. <br /> <br />FINAL COIVIIVIENTS: <br />Public Works Department will check out washout of storm sewers on <br />Peltier Lake Drive, at Royal Meadows, and on Brian Drive. <br /> <br />Clerk will get a bid on oiling Peltier Lake Drive. <br /> <br />Clerk will check with the Peltier Lake Hills Addition #2 <br />developer on the balcktop, grading, curb and gutters, and <br />swale. <br /> <br />Motion by Wilharber, second by Robischon to adjourn meeting. <br />Meeting adjourned at 9:45 P.M. <br /> <br />Respectfully submitted, <br /> <br />Ci)~ ~~ <br /> <br />Debra Gonsior <br />CI er k/Tr eas urer <br />
