City of Centerville <br />City Council Meeting <br />March 31, 2009 <br />The page numbering was changed to read: Page 2 of 6, Page 3 of 6, Page 4 of 6, Page 5 of 6 <br />and Page 6 of 6. <br />On Page 2, the second to the last paragraph, second sentence, was changed to read: "He <br />reported that there was only one theft over the past month..." <br />On Page 4, the third to the last paragraph, last sentence, added the word "gives" in between <br />"Council" and "approval." <br />City Engineer Statz made the following change: <br />On Page 4, the second sentence in the last paragraph was changed to read: "...potential for <br />$400,000 ($300,000 Loan and $100,000 Grants) is significant." <br />Councilmember Broussard Vickers made the following change: <br />On Page 6, the second to the last paragraph in Item 6 was changed to read: "... if an across- <br />the-board reduction is applied." <br />Motion by Council Member Lee, seconded by Council Member Paar, to approve the <br />March 11, 2009, City Council Meeting Minutes as amended. All in favor. Motion <br />carried unanimously. <br />2. March 24, 2009 Special Council Meeting Minutes (Pages 6-7~ <br />Councilmember Fehrenbacher made the following change: <br />On Page 1 of the Minutes, after the last sentence in the last paragraph of Item 1, added the <br />sentence: "Staff will meet with property owners in advance to discuss any tree removal." <br />Motion by Council Member Fehrenbacher, seconded by Council Member Paar, to <br />approve the March 24, 2009, Special Council Meeting Minutes as amended.
