COMMITTEE BUSINESS <br /> <br />Trail Proiect <br /> <br />This item was discussed under Appearances. <br /> <br />Proiect Requirement Document Review <br /> <br />Committee Member Haiden and Committee Member Selander used the Project Requirement Document <br />to list requirements for 2009 Park Additions - Park Benches, Trail Map, Arbor, Bike Rack and <br />Drinking Fountain. Chairperson Seeley reiterated the committee would like the final version of each <br />PRO to be included with the minutes. <br /> <br />Resil!Jlation of Committee Member Lori Harris <br /> <br />Chairperson Seeley read Committee Member Harris's resignation letter to the committee and <br />regrettably made motion to accept. Chairperson Seeley added Committee Member Harris was <br />monumental in the renovation of Tracie McBride Memorial Park and her hard work was greatly <br />appreciated. <br /> <br />Motion was made by Chairperson Seeley, seconded by Vice-Chairperson Amundsen to accept the <br />resignation of Committee Member Harris. All in favor. Motion passed unanimously. <br /> <br />Bird Houses <br /> <br />Vice-Chairperson Amundsen asked if it would be possible for him to install two (2) Bluebird houses <br />and one (1) Wren house at Hidden Spring Park. The committee thought it a great idea and thanked <br />Vice-Chairperson Amundsen for his willingness to make and install the bird houses. <br /> <br />Motion was made by Chairperson Seeley, seconded by Committee Member Haiden to approve <br />Vice-Chairperson Amundsen's installation of bird houses in the parks. All in favor. Motion <br />passed unanimously. <br /> <br />Vice-Chairperson Amundsen requested adding Playground Safety to the April Agenda. <br /> <br />VII.
