Explore options with State of Minnesota Economic Development agencies to <br />promote the commercial and industrial land east of 20th Avenue. <br /> <br />We want the first impression of Centerville to potential residents and investors to be <br />welcoming, factual, and thorough. If you are a prospective business they shouid know <br />processes, timelines, references and contacts, ways to get questions quickly answered, <br />and the advantages of Centerville and the northeast Metro area. Planning and Zoning <br />will also probably playa role in this. <br /> <br />Some of this may already exist but it needs to be in formats that can be readily updated. <br /> <br />Ilem C.
