Within this category are items such as a new watertower, sewer and water line extension, pavement management plan, surface water management plan, capital improvements plan, and storm drainage and pond maintenance. Council is interested in not only is current assessment of infrastructure, but also a glimpse. of the City's infrastructure for the useful life of facilities. The key question for each of these plans is what fee structure and general fund allocation is needed to ensure that the City's' infrastructure is designed, built and maintained to applicable standards. If there is induslry standard software that can display the needed information, Council would like a recommendation. A. Sewer Management Plan B. Surface Water and Storm Water Plan C.
