The committee discussed the possibility of incorporating a dance at either Trio Inn or Kelly's on Saturday night. The committee agreed that either the boy scouts or another area group could sell hot chocolate, popcorn, etc. Advertising for the event will include: flyers at the school, an ad in the business directory, an ad in the church bulletin, the cable channel, the web site, the lighted sign at the city hall and at Corner Express, the Hugonian and the Quad. Mr. Terway volunteered to look into pricing of fireworks for a possible fireworks display along with possibly attaining wood for the bon fire.
