Again, where fees seemed to be too <br />low or lower than other communities, Staff recommended that they to be raised. <br /> <br />Chief Heckman voiced his agreement that the City of Centerville needs a liquor <br />ordinance. To that end, he provided me with copies of the liquor ordinances from the <br />cities of Circle Pines and Lexington. He indicated that he would be more than happy to <br />assist in any way that he can with this process or provide available information to <br />Council. Copies of these liquor ordinances are included for Council's review and <br />discussion at the proposed January 30th Worksession. <br />
