J'O-;( (651) 429.8629 <br /> <br />Mr. Bert Casper <br />6979 Eagle Trail <br />Centerville, MN 55038 <br /> <br />Dear Mr. Casper: <br /> <br />It has been brought to the City's attention that animal owners have been walking their <br />animals in your neighborhood, depositing fecal matter and not properly disposing of <br />same. This is a violation of Ordinance #24. Enclosed, please find a copy of same. The <br />City requests that you post this letter and Ordinance #24 for your town home association <br />members. Ordinance #24 also addresses licensing of animals. <br /> <br />The City's intent is to educate animal owners in regards to the requirements of being a <br />responsible animal owner and respecting the rights of those who may not be an owner or <br />irresponsible animal owner. The City requires a two (2) year animal license for the <br />purpose of securing information regarding vaccinations and rightful ownership if the <br />animal is found running at large. <br /> <br />It has also been brought to the City's attention that sidewalks in your neighborhood are <br />not be shoveled as per Ordinance #50, Section I (Cleaning of Sidewalks). Enclosed, <br />please find a copy of same.
