This is a violation of Ordinance #24. Enclosed, please find a copy of same. The <br />City requests that you post this letter and Ordinance #24 for your town home association <br />members. Ordinance #24 also addresses licensing of animals. <br /> <br />The City's intent is to educate animal owners in regards to the requirements of being a <br />responsible animal owner and respecting the rights of those who may not be an owner or <br />irresponsible animal owner. The City requires a two (2) year animal license for the <br />purpose of securing information regarding vaccinations and rightful ownership if the <br />animal is found running at large. <br /> <br />It has also been brought to the City's attention that sidewalks in your neighborhood are <br />not be shoveled as per Ordinance #50, Section 1 (Cleaning of Sidewalks). Enclosed, <br />please find a copy of same.
