2. Turcotte Prooerty Ms. Moore-Sykes reported that Juran & Moody had advised that the building should not be destroyed before deciding on TIF. She then indicated that she had received a request to either have or purchase the windows from the basement and garage if the building is destroyed. 3. Eagle Pass 2nd Addition Develooers Agreement/Final Plat Ms. Moore-Sykes reported that Mr. Quigley was researching the sewer costs. 4. Eagle Pass Town Home Association - Increase Light Wattage Ms. Moore-Sykes reported that the City had received a check and request from Eagle Pass Townhomes for increased lighting. She then indicated that the work had been ordered. 5. Finance Director Ms. Moore-Sykes reported that the position closes on Friday, March 15, 2002 at 4:00 p.m. and noted she has received six applications. 6. LOGIS No report. 7. Canada.Geese Situation Ms. Moore-Sykes reported she had been contacted by a resident asking if the City has any plans to help with the relief from the number of Canadian Geese on lakeshore property. She then commented that there are programs but it would be a significant expense to the City. Mr. Palzer indicated there is a chemical that is sprayed on lawns that seems to work and the company guarantees results. Council Member Broussard Vickers asked Staff to contact the resident and tell them about the chemical. Ms. Moore-Sykes reported that Staff had determined there had not been a journal entry done from the water and sewer fund for the public works facility. Motion bv Council Member Nelson. seconded by Council Member Broussard Vickers to authorize Staff to transfer 6 % from the sewer fund. 4.5% from the water fund and 2% from the storm drain fund for the Durchase of the DubHe works facility.
