VACCINATION FEE None (no vaccinations given). <br /> <br />2. The Municipality will not be charged those costs recovered from pet owners. <br /> <br />3. Charges for services, shall be paid monthly or within thirty (30) days after submission of <br />the monthly claims by Otter Lake to the Municipality. A copy ofthe impound sheet(s) <br />shall accompany the monthly claims. <br /> <br />N COMPLIANCE WITH LAWS <br /> <br />In providing all services pursuant to this contract, Otter Lake Shall abide by all statutes, <br />ordinances rules and regulations pertaining to or regulating the provision of such services, <br />including those now in effect and hereinafter adopted. Otter Lake shall comply with all <br />requirements of Minn. Stat. 346.37 and shall indemnify and defendant the City against any <br />claimed violation of that statute, or any other statue, ordinance, rule or regulation <br />pertaining to the services provided by Otter Lake. <br /> <br />V. AUDIT DISCLOSURE AND RETENTION OF RECORDS <br /> <br />Otter Lake agrees to make available to duly authorized representative of the Municipality <br />and either the legislative auditor or the state auditor for the purpose to audit examination <br />pursuant to Minn. Stat. 1 6B. 06, any books, documents, papers and records of Otter Lake <br />that are pertinent to Otter Lake's provision of services hereunder. Otter Lake further <br />agrees to maintain all such required records for three (3) years after receipt offinal <br />payment and the closing of all other related matters. <br /> <br />VI. INSURANCE <br /> <br />Otter Lake shall purchase, maintain in full force and effect during the term of this <br />Contract the following insurance coverage: <br /> <br />I. WORKER'S COMPENSATION: Coverage at statutory limits as provided by the <br />State of Minnesota. <br /> <br />2. COMPREHENSIVE GENERAL LIABILITY: Coverage shall ~ve minimum <br />limitsof$l,OOO,OOO per occurrence, combined single limit for bodily injury liability <br />and property damage liability. <br /> <br />3. BUSINESS AUTO LIABILITY: Coverage shall have minimum limits of <br />$500,OOOper'lX:currence, combined single limit of bodily injury liability and <br />property damage liability.
