EARLY TERMINATION <br /> <br />This Contract may be terminated by either party, with or without cause, upon thirty (30) days <br />written notice, delivered by certified mail or in person, to the other party. <br /> <br />VIII. MODIFICATIONS <br /> <br />Any material alteration, modifications or variations of any terms of the Contract shall be valid <br />and enforceable only when they have been reduced to writing as an an1@ndments and signed <br />by the parties. <br /> <br />IX.
