<br />CITY OF CENTERVILLE <br />CITY COUNCIL MEETING <br /> JANUARY 14, 2004 <br />6:30 p.m. <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the City of Centerville held their regularly scheduled <br />meeting on January 14, 2004, at City Hall, 1880 Main Street. <br /> <br />PRESENT: <br />Mayor Terry Sweeney <br /> Council Member Lee <br /> Council Member Paar <br /> Council Member Broussard Vickers <br /> Council Member Capra <br /> <br />ABSENT: <br />None <br /> <br />STAFF: <br />City Administrator, Ms. Moore-Sykes <br /> City Attorney, Mr. Hoeft <br /> City Engineer, Mr. Peterson <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />I. CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Mayor Sweeney called the January 14, 2004, City Council meeting to order at 6:38 p.m. <br /> <br />II. SET AGENDA <br /> <br />Mayor Sweeney requested that the items to be handled by Ms. Paulseth be moved up in <br />the agenda. <br /> <br />Council Member Capra requested that policies and procedures for handling assessments <br />be added under New Business. <br /> <br />Motion by Council Member Broussard Vickers, seconded by Council Member Lee <br />to approve the agenda as amended. All in favor. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br /> <br />III. APPROVAL OF COUNCIL MINUTES <br /> <br /> 1. December 23, 2003 Council Meeting Minutes <br /> <br />Mayor Sweeney requested the following changes: On Page 5, second paragraph from the <br />bottom change to professional services not projects. In the last paragraph change <br />contractor to engineer. On Page 6 change all the contractor references to engineers. At <br />the bottom of the page insert years after two to three.
