APPROVAL OF COUNCIL MINUTES <br /> <br /> <br />1.November 6, 2003 City Council Work Session Meeting Minutes <br /> <br />2.January 12, 2004 City Council Work Session Meeting Minutes <br /> <br />3.January 14, 2004 City Council Meeting Minutes <br /> <br />Mayor Sweeney requested the following changes: Indicate that the claim to be checked <br />was on the Centennial Fire District receipts and disbursements. <br /> <br />Council Member Capra requested the following change: On Page 6 indicate that Ms. <br />Paulsen is available when Ms. Moore-Sykes is not. <br /> <br />Council Member Broussard Vickers requested the following change: On Page 8 change <br />co-insured to “an additional insured”. <br /> <br />Motion by Council Member Broussard Vickers, seconded by Council Member Lee <br />to approve the November 6, 2003, January 12, 2004, and January 14, 2004 City <br />Council Work Session and City Council Meeting Minutes as amended. All in favor. <br />Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />IV. CONSENT AGENDA <br /> <br /> <br />1.The City of Centerville January 15, 2004 through January 28, 2004 Claims for <br />Approval <br /> <br />2.Centennial Fire District Claims <br /> <br />3.Centennial Fire District Quarterly Budget Expenditures <br /> <br />4.2004 Street Improvements – Acceptance of Visu-Sewer Clean & Seal, Inc. <br /> <br />5.Acceptance of Mr. Ray DeVine’s Resignation from the Planning and Zoning <br />Commission <br /> <br />6.Park Construction – Pheasant Marsh (Final Payment $4,587.52) <br /> <br />7.Waste Management – Consumer Price Index Increase – 2004 <br /> <br />8.Resolution #04-006 – Solid Waste Management Coordinating Board Support <br /> <br />Motion by Council Member Lee, seconded by Council Member Broussard Vickers <br />to approve the Consent Agenda as presented. All in favor. Motion carried <br />unanimously. <br /> <br />V. AWARDS/PRESENTATIONS/APPEARANCES <br /> <br />1. Public Works Director/Building Official (Monthly Update) <br /> <br />Mr. Palzer indicated the hockey rink is open and said he would be putting together <br />specifications on the new vehicles for 2004.
