Chauncey Barett Gardens, Phase II <br /> <br />Ms. Moore-Sykes indicated that an informational handout on the construction schedule <br />was provided in Council packets. <br /> <br />Ms. Moore-Sykes provided information on the quotes for team building facilitators <br />indicating the information was received that afternoon. She then asked Council to review <br />and consider the proposals. <br /> <br />Council Member Capra asked that this be added to the next meeting agenda for <br />discussion. <br /> <br />Council recessed to executive session to discuss the City’s litigation with Royal Oaks <br />Realty at 8:15 p.m. <br /> <br />X. ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />Motion by Council Member Capra, seconded by Council Member Paar to adjourn <br />the August 23, 2004 City Council Meeting at 8:28 p.m. All in favor.
