<br /> <br />CITY OF CENTERVILLE <br />CITY COUNCIL MEETING <br /> DECEMBER 20, 2004 <br />6:30 p.m. <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the City of Centerville held their regularly scheduled <br />meeting on December 20, 2004, at City Hall, 1880 Main Street. <br /> <br />PRESENT: <br />Mayor Terry Sweeney <br /> Council Member Paar <br /> Council Member Capra <br /> Council Member Broussard Vickers <br /> Council Member Lee <br /> <br />ABSENT: <br />None <br /> <br />STAFF: <br />Ms. Bender <br /> City Attorney Mr. Hoeft <br /> City Engineer Mr. Peterson <br /> <br /> <br />I. CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Mayor Sweeney called the December 20, 2004, City Council meeting to order at 6:30 <br />p.m. <br /> <br />II. SET AGENDA <br /> <br />The following items were added to the Agenda: Update of December 20, 2004 check <br />register summary, KLM Engineering - $2,700, and Resolution #04-063 were added to the <br />Consent Agenda. Recommendation to purchase fixed asset module (Banyon Data <br />Systems) not to exceed $3,000, recommendation for hiring ice rink attendants, staff <br />participation in SRF/Anoka County Upcoming Meeting, mileage request, and cash out of <br />accrued PTO were added to New Business. Pond Dredging was added to Old Business. <br />City Administrator Search was added to Announcements. Pending Litigation – Ground <br />Development was added as an Executive Session. The December 8, 2004 Meeting <br />Minutes were removed from the Agenda. <br /> <br />Motion by Council Member Capra, seconded by Council Member Paar to approve <br />the agenda as amended. All in favor. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br /> <br />III.
