<br />Page 1 <br />Best Practice Agreement <br />City of Centerville <br />U-21 Project <br />Please print and use pen <br /> <br />Is a business, operating in the City of Centerville with an [on-sale off-sale] [intoxicating <br />wine wine/strong beer malt] liquor license agrees to be a "Best Practices" <br />establishment. <br /> <br />With this agreement we understand we must agree to several of the following items, <br />including the first four mandatory items, to a total point value of at least 100 points. <br /> <br />Selected Points Item Description <br />Items <br />Mandatory 15 Inspection and investigation to ensure criteria are <br /> being met by Police Department and City <br /> Administrator <br />Mandatory 10 Minimum 75% of employees trained by Police <br /> Department <br />Mandatory 10 Program in place for on-going training of new and <br /> current employees <br />Mandatory 15 Yearly meeting between designated Operating <br /> Managers, Owners, and Police Department <br /> personnel <br /> 25 Participation in TIPS training program with <br /> minimum set number of emolovees certified <br /> 10 Policy requiring identification checks for anyone <br /> appearing to be 40 years of age or under <br /> 10 Employee reward program for rewarding <br /> employees who catch underage persons <br /> attempting to purchase <br /> 20 Automated identification card scanner system <br /> 10 Approved internal compliance check program <br /> 25 Preagreement to meet immediately on violations <br /> (meet with Police Department and City <br /> Administrator immediately instead of waiting for <br /> criminal court proceedings) <br /> 10 Pre-agreement to work with Police Department <br /> on secondary sales <br />
