If your city has a Stormwater Management Plan, read through it with an eye toward how it fits with <br />the six categories of Minimum Controi Measures required under the NPDES Phase II Permit. The <br />Permit was written to provide fiexibility to the MS4's and miimize duplication of effort and <br />programs. If your city is doing a good job with stormwater already, you will be weil along the path <br />of meeting the Phase II requiremens.
