<br />Cily ofCenrerville <br />Council Meeting Minutes <br />Jone 12, 2002 <br /> <br />Mayor Swedberg said it is not complete, it is not concise and it is not as updated, <br /> <br />City Attorney Hoeft said he did not have an issue with cutting and pasting the ordinance <br />in any manner. He then said that he would review the final product to make sure that <br />nothing has been left out. <br /> <br />Council Member Broussard Vickers indicated that she had found the wording that <br />Council "must" do things objectionable and as long as the wording is changed to Council <br />"may" she did not have an issue. <br /> <br />Mayor Swedberg indicated he would like to have a public information meeting with the <br />liquor license holders before holding the public hearing. <br /> <br />Council Member Broussard Vickers indicated she was not interested in a special meeting <br />uuless the parties involved have issues with the proposed ordinance. <br /> <br />Mayor Swedberg said he would like resolution of the matter by the end of July. <br /> <br />Council Member Nelson indicated she would like to add a percentage to the number of <br />employees on the chart that sets out how to get the points. She then suggested adding <br />50"10 of employees. <br /> <br />Mayor Swedberg commented that the whole idea is to offer incentives for businesses so <br />you do not have kids in bars. <br /> <br />Council agreed to have the public hearing at the second meeting in July. <br />VI.
